REORGANIZATION OF THE PROGRAM ON AWARDS AND INCENTIVES FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE (PRAISE) COMMITTEE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALUNGON, SARANGANI PROVINCE.
WHEREAS, in line with the Revised Policies on Employees’ Suggestions and Incentive Awards System (ESIAS) provided under CSC Resolution No. 010112 and CSC MC No. 01, s. 2001, the Municipal Government of Malungon adopted the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE);
WHEREAS, the System shall be designed to encourage creativity, innovativeness, efficiency, integrity and productivity in the public service by recognizing and rewarding officials and employees, individually or in groups for their suggestions, inventions, superior accomplishments and other personal efforts which contribute to the efficiency, economy, or other improvement in government operations, or for other extraordinary acts or services in the public interest;
WHEREAS, there is a need to reorganize the PRAISE Committee in view of the recently concluded national and local elections;
NOW THEREFORE, I, ATTY. MARIA THERESA D. CONSTANTINO, Municipal Mayor of this municipality by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the reorganization of the PRAISE Committee.
A. COMPOSITION . The reorganized PRAISE Committee will be composed of the following:

B. EFFECTIVITY
This reorganized composition of the members of the PRAISE Committee is effective July 1, 2016.
